Heritage Sheds & Garages offers a 10-year limited warranty as outlined below. You will be provided this warranty upon installation of your new structure.

Heritage Sheds & Garages 10-Year Limited Warranty

This is a 10-year limited warranty certificate covering your use of the structure manufactured by Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC, Gap, PA.

When installed by Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC, and used appropriately and maintained properly, Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC guarantees that this product will remain structurally sound. Normal wear and tear, general aging, shrinking, expanding, checking, knots bleeding through surface paint, and fading of exterior and interior surfaces are common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements and are, therefore, not covered under warranty. All wooden materials are also not covered under warranty.

As with any building located on top of the ground, settling may occur. You also will need to periodically clean, paint, caulk, and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of the shed which will otherwise cut off ventilation.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and only to the original location, unless the product was relocated by a Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC approved installer. Relocating the covered product by any other party automatically invalidates this warranty.

Warranty is valid only when installed by an approved contractor or Heritage Sheds & Garages LLC. To be valid, the original invoice must be attached to this guarantee.
