The Heritage Proven Process
As a wholesale shed dealer, you can expect a smooth, simple purchasing process when buying from Heritage Sheds & Garages. Whether you are looking to stock your lot with sheds, garages, or greenhouses, we make it easy for you to place and manage your order with our tried and true purchasing process.
Phase One: Plan Your Project
Once you request pricing for your order of outdoor storage structures, a Heritage Sheds & Garages rep will contact you either by phone or email for more information about your project. We aim to collect as much information as possible so we can give our dealers the most accurate quotes, avoiding hidden fees or unexpected expenses.
Once you request pricing for your order of outdoor storage structures, a Heritage Sheds & Garages rep will contact you either by phone or email for more information about your project. We aim to collect as much information as possible so we can give our dealers the most accurate quotes, avoiding hidden fees or unexpected expenses.
We will then email you a quote for your project that lists all project details, including whether the structure should arrive fully assembled or partially assembled and built on site. If ordering a custom garden shed, pool shed, or garage, please be sure to confirm all details with your customer so they know what to expect on their new structure. We’re happy to adjust your shed quote as needed, prior to construction.
We also recommend that our dealers seek all the necessary permits for their customers’ projects at this time, as well.
Phase Two: Place Your Order
Next, you as the dealer approve the quote and officially place the order with your Heritage Sheds & Garages representative.
Once the order is approved and our purchasing department orders all the materials for us to construct your project, we will provide you with an updated lead time via email that takes the following factors into account:
- Material lead times
- Construction time
- Delivery and installation
Then, construction begins.
Note: Custom projects typically require more time, as all materials may take longer to arrive and the production time varies based on the complexity of the design. Depending on the structure’s size and design, construction can take between 3 and 5 weeks.
Phase Three: Schedule Your Project
After establishing your shed or garage project lead time, we will collaborate with you on scheduling the delivery. Questions to consider include the following:
- Do you want the structure to be delivered to your lot or the customer’s property?
- What time of day is best for you or your customer to receive delivery of the new shed or garage?
Phase Four: Receive Your New Shed or Garage
Phase Four will begin once the construction of your project is complete. During this final part of the process, Heritage Sheds & Garages will confirm your delivery and installation preferences and perform our standard quality control check. Then, your shed or garage will be sent for delivery as arranged.
Final payment will be made to Heritage Sheds & Garages on agreed-upon terms.
